This page covers the waitlist. When Parakeet itself opens up, it will get its own, much longer one.

What we keep

The phone number or email you enter, when you entered it, the country your connection appears to be in, and a short tag if you arrived through a link that had one (like ?ref=friend). That's all.

What we use it for

To tell you when Parakeet is ready for you, and nothing else. We won't sell it, share it, or add you to anything else. If you gave a phone number, expect a text about your invite and not much more. If you gave an email, the same.

What we don't do

No analytics, no advertising trackers, no cookies on this site. We don't know who visits unless they join.

Who handles it

The site, its database and its bot check (Cloudflare Turnstile, which keeps automated sign-ups out) run on Cloudflare. Cloudflare sees your connection when you load the page, as any host does. We use no other service for the waitlist.

How long

Until we've invited you, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Joining twice just keeps one entry.

Getting out

Write to [email protected] from the address you signed up with, or tell us the phone number, and we'll remove it.
